3day bleeding

My period is 5 weeks late and I had bleeding from Monday to now only 3 days it was bright red and when to dark brown colour and didn't fill my pad up as a normal period would what does every one think could be.... I was pregnant in Jan 7 weeks and 2 days lost it in Feb and only had 2 days of bleeding X
