How safe is it exactly? How safe are you while taking it inconsistently or at different times?

I'm on it and possibly pregnant (I haven't tested yet) but I also do not take it regularly at all. sometimes I skip days entirely and I never take it at the same time ever.

I took it at the same time everyday etc.
