Ovulating and annoyed

So today I'm ovulating and I told hubby tonight was baby dancing time well the time comes and he can't get it up because he tells me I'm forcing him to have sick when he doesn't feel right why can't we do it another day.. This is so frustrating I will never become a mother this way he always wants sex when I'm on my period or not ovulating I don't know what to do anymore... Feeling aggravated
