Which Birth control method is best?

Right now I'm on the depo shot. I feel as though the shot gives me a bad reaction. I always have my period(not heavy) but just brown stuff. I hate it. I used the pill and seem to always forget. I don't know which birth control method would be best for me because my body is very sensative to too much hormones.
