Confused.

Okay. So last month my period was a little off. I had it but it wasn't as heavy as it usually is and stopped before I was suppose too. This month my period hasn't came. I've taken a test but it came back negative. I'm real irritable. My boobs are sore. I look chunkier. I had a little brown spotting but it was barley anything. (I had to look close to even see it) Any suggestions?
