Nervous 1st timer 8 weeks

Had my 1st exam a week ago, just blood work, pap and a bunch of questions. She said my uterus felt about 7 weeks but that was all that was mentioned as far as confirmation of anything. I have all the symptoms (fatigue, sore and growing boobs and nipples, morning sickness that hit hard this week, constant need to pee , cramps... ) and had 5 positive tests, but haven't heard anything back and my next appointment isn't till may 12.should I guess no news is good news? Just getting anxious and don't know what to expect. We are telling our parents on mothers day. Due Nov 29 according to nurse practitioner
