Pcos appointment.

My fiancé and I have been trying for about 14 months now. I went through two rounds of clomid. My progesterone on 50mg was 0.1, and then on 100mg was 0.5. Absolutely no success with ovulation. Horrible side effects. I go tomorrow for more blood work. And then my fiancés sperm analysis is being done tomorrow as well. I then have an ultrasound to determine if I have pcos on Monday with my obgyn. What should I expect? Are there any questions I should ask or be concerned about if any? I really need to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We need answers.
