Im new
Im new to Glow. But found myself constantly on the app. Im either checking the chats or Im obsessing about my O week. Im making myself sick. I need to stop but after our CP Dec I cant stop obsessing with getting pregnant. Its literally consuming every thought I have. My husband on the other hand is a firm believer that it will happen when it happens and this frustrates me even more!
Im getting depressed and constantly feeling down. Acc to my gyne theres nothing wrong with us
How do you just let go? Is it even possible?
