Had my 38 week checkup today and still no progress from last week other than I'm 60% effaced. I've seem to have been cramping all night. Horrible period cramps and I've been having what feels like lightning bolts to the crotch that will actually stop me in my tracks. My stomach is super tight but I'm barely having back pains. Lost a little bit more of my mucus plug too. I don't think I'm having contractions so I was gonna take tylenol and try to sleep it off. But anyone else get like this after an exam?
