Okay we have been married for about three years and he has never pulled down his balls while I give him a blow job. He is circumcised. So I don't know if it's to pull back the extra skin..or to make his penis look bigger...or just because it feels good??? He has started doing it about a month or so ago. But I have noticed it had made his balls a lot more saggy. He used to have very firm balls but now they are...well a little saggy at times.
