Starter cup?

What can i use as a starter cup? I am 13 and im afrias of tampons only because of the risks of tss, but my opening is super small ( about half a centimetre) and i dont want to accidently lose a cup up there. What should i use?

The lily cup is greaaattt. Very easy with just two sizes (when I bought mine) and they have plenty of instructional videos with how to put it in, make it the most comfortable, and how long to leave it in. I highly recommend it.

The only one I've tried has been the diva cup and i absolutely love it size A which is the smallest one but trust me it fits ... sure at first you'll feel like you are being opened up a bit but is your body adjusting to the new feeling gets easier I'm on my 4th cycle with it and love it

Hit up you tube and read some websites with independent reviews.  Personally I have a diva cup and I LOVE it! Also, I see my own pads as backups.  They are super easy to make if you can master the basics of a sewing machine.  Also lots of etsy sellers out there for cloth pads.

Well I would try the lily cup compact it's pretty small I have it and I like it.

Start with a more flexible cup, those are way easier to get in. (I use the smaller blossom cup). Research each cup your considering and look at the pros and cons

There are quizzes online about what cup would best fit you. Whatever brand and style I would definitely get a teen size for you. I have a Blossom teen and it sometimes is still a little big. Also, lube helps.
