Positive OPK CD14!!!

I came off of bc roughly 10 months ago, and have been tracking using opk since the start of Jan this year.

I have had positive opk on days 18, 20, 22! And a LP of 7/8 days!!! I decided to start taking VitB50 complex plus 25mg B6. I also started taking Vitex 800mg a day from end of af to O day. I have done this for the last 2 cycles, and today I get a positive opk on CD14!!!

I'm hoping for a longer LP this cycle, as my last cycle I got to 9/10 days! Just wanted to let anyone that may be thinking of trying Vitex or B vitamins, that it seems to have helped me! Baby dust to everyone! 😘
