Second pregnancy blues

Anyone else feeling like they're disconnected from the second pregnancy. I have a 7 month old that takes up so much of my time that I really don't have the time to marvel in my second blessing. With the first baby I took in every moment. With this one, I hardly remember I'm even pregnant. I guess I just don't want this baby to feel the effects. I am excited for the coming of the second, I just am so distracted by baby number one.
