Milk coming in concerns

In the beginning of my pregnancy my boobs were always sore, tender & looked full. Here I am 28wks they aren't as tender & sore but still full. I want to breast feed when my son gets here but I'm afraid I'm not going to produce enough milk. With my 1st baby I breast fed for only 2mths because my milk supply wasn't coming in as much. Is there anything I can do now to make sure I have more then enough milk coming in??? Thanx
