How many vaccines does a 1 year old get?

I've heard of 3 being the most common but a friend told me her baby got 6. What is it, 3 or 6 ? We live in California idk if that matters, also can you comment if your baby got blood drawn or their finger pricked ? And did they cry. I want to know what to expect

My baby got 3 injections..one of which was the measles mumps and rubella one. She cried for a few seconds. But she quickly got back to her happy self

I think they get quiet a few. Don't really remember since my daughter is four though. Sorry I'm not much help! 😞

He got his blood drawn through his arm... he took it like a champ until he saw mama crying lol. Then he cried but immediately stopped when she removed the needle.

He got two... or three shots at his 12 month checkup then allowed me to come back a few weeks/a month later to get his last two (the MRR and the Vercilla... I know I didn't spell it right lol. The chicken pox one! lol)

My son got the finger prick but not at 1 year I think it was at 9 mo. Some offices vary on the vaccine scheduled.  Call your dr and they can give u a whole schedule of recommended vaccines that they do at their office

I'm not sure because my son won't be 1 for another 2 weeks, but I only do 3 or less  depending on the siteration at that time. I will NEVER get them done when he's stick though.

Usually is on the doctor how he does the vaccine schedule, I work for pediatric and family Medicine and the do three chicken pox, mmr and hepatitis A, and they check for lead and cbc is better if they could do it through the vein instead of the finger prick
