Did anybodies stress/anxiety cause premature labour? Research correlates stress with low birth weight and early delivery but how many have ACTUALLY experiences this?

I was super stressed through my ENTIRE pregnancy with my daughter thanks to her father and it was my first too. Yet my daughter came a week late. Haha.

I notice if I get stressed or panicky the baby moves alot more but I've never been sent into labor.. I think you have to have prolonged high stress like your husband dying or losing a child.. like real big stressor for it to affect anything as far as labor. Stress will drive up your blood pressure though
