Serious Question Moms Help Me !

A week ago my 3 yr old woke me up out my sleep saying he had to poop and ended up throwing up , again Today He Was sitting down getting ready to eat and said mommy I have to poop and ended up throwing up all over my bathroom floor. Can he be feeling nauseous because of the new baby ? Is that even possible ? It's literally 2 moments he will throw up and be completely fine afterwards no signs of sickness nothing , I'm curious as to what's going on with my little boy . Any input ladies please let me know
