Weirded

So I'm 11dpo. No confirmed temp shift, negative pg tests and a load of symptoms. My question is can I have the flu and not a temp? Cause it's either I'm of or it's the flu. Headaches, sore breasts (pin needles), diarrhea, and then I vomited yesterday an my temp was 98.3 so I'm really confused. My lmp was different. Spot half a day, then light. Medium-heavy one day. Then light half a day and spotting the next 4 days. Opinions welcome
