Confused

Through most of my cycle i was getting systoms like crazy nauseous my tits were tender and havent been feeling myself and thought i was  pregnant. This morning i noticed af showed her ugly face but when i went to the restroom i saw blood mixed in with white stuff. Took a test and it was negative. Can anyone explain what might be happening. Really thought i was pregnant this mth. 😢
