Am I pregnant??

I took a pregnancy test this morning with my first urine of the day and this is the result. It's kind of hard to see the line that is going up but it's definitely there. I took an at home pregnancy test three days ago and it was negative. I went two days ago to the doctors and they did another urine test and they said it was negative. Then this was the third test 4 days later. I decided to go see the doctors again today and they did another urine test (afternoon) and it was negative. Then they did a blood test and it was negative. I'm late on my period by two days. I have been feeling nauseous all week and today I had mucus like discharge with a little bit of blood and that's the only sign of blood I've had all week. I guess it's still to early to tell, but I'm not sure....
