Awful cramps awful bleeding

Does anyone ever get cramps that make their legs go numb?  I have always had pretty bad cramps and bled pretty heavy my first 3 days but within the last few years I have noticed my cramps and bleeding getting worse... Cramps have been so bad lately I turn pale and get shaky... Any suggestions on how to relieve the pain... I can't miss work I use heating pads and various otc meds but this doesn't seem to be helping... I also wonder if I might have endometreosis? I know endo has to be diagnosed but if anyone has endo and has experienced this I would like to hear about it
