If I want to tease him and really turn him on I start my almost pretending I'm not really interested. Usually we'll be watching a film or something and I'll rest my hand on his knee then slowly go up his leg till I'm on his inner thigh where I'll occasionally run my fingers up and down into I'm essentially touching him over his trousers. All the while I keep watching the film or whatever like nothing's happening. Then I start to occasionally tilt my head up just a little as though I'm going to kiss him, but don't.
