Heartburn Central!
HELP! I'm 5w today and I have heartburn like crazy! I've been experiencing it since 3w5d. The issue is, I already have terrible acid reflux (Gerd) and can't take my meds due to being pregnant. What do you ladies do to help this subside?
Also, I don't have an appetite to eat or drink ANYTHING! Is this normal? What do you do when you feel like this?
**This is my first successful (and surprised) pregnancy.***
