Low progesterone levels?

Got my positive test last Tuesday after taking on a whim for some abnormal spotting! Went in for blood work & had caught the pregnancy early on. HCG - 6 and progesterone only 0.6 Went back 3 days later on Friday and HCG went up to 36, but progesterone 0.5. Prescribed me progesterone supplement 200MG to take once a day. I'll know more tomorrow hopefully and hope they want me to have another blood test to make sure the supplement is working. Anyone have similar situation?
