Boyfriends leg is swollen?

So made me laugh thinking about it, but i walked into the bathroom to pee and I had just sat down and my boyfriend knocks on the door and says "let me in" and I was like ummm okay so I get back up annoyed and pull up my pants and he walks in and starts taking his pants off and then turns around. I said "I'm not really sure what you're implying I do here" and he said "I really need you to look at the back of my leg, I think I have a spider bite it's been hurting for a few days now." I look and the back of his knee is swollen, he's saying this tiny bump-just looks like a tiny zit hurts. There's no redness, no fever. Just swelling and this little bump. I will get a picture of it in a minute when he comes back inside, he's outside talking to his friend. I think it could possibly be an ingrown hair but he says it feels like a spider bite. Honestly, the bump doesn't even look related to the swelling. If it's an ingrown hair I'm going to pluck it for him (oh the weird things we do for our men) I think he should ice it and elevate it just incase it is some kind of injury, but I doubt he's going to sit down long enough to do that. I swear he has ADHD. 🙈 But again like I said, I'm going to take a picture so maybe you can help me figure out what it is.
