Has anyone tried natural clomid options?

I am 45 and in perimenapaus, I do not ovulate every month. I have been trying for almost a year now and my gyno wants me to see a fertility specialist but we can not afford this right now.
I am very discouraged because my fiancee wants a child as he has none and I do too.
I looked up natural options for clomid and it gave e me
Mesa, Vitex and a few others. I was wondering get if anyone has has success with these??

I tried maca tablets and they were fabulous (for my libido and the size of my breast and ass) but lengthened my cycle which threw me so stopped.
I have added coenzyme q10, no caffeine, no alcohol, and full fat dairy, inositol 4g daily, melatonin 3mg nighttime, and acupuncture.

I use vitex. Only been taking it a few months but I'm very irregular (like 1 period every other year, irregular). I started vitex and got a period 27 days later. I ovulated CD18 and am looking for my next af next week. I feel good about it. No side effects and it's natural.

Take coq10 and use pre seed. Worked for me after ttc for 10 years. Every fertility treatment failed! I also have low ovarian reserve pcos endo hashimotos and am in peri menopause. I had my two amazing boys at 41 and 44 via natural Conception and they are perfect! Good luck X

I use vitex for my progesterone that was Low 24. 
After used I ovulate. Still using with pregnacare fertility and reproductions. Hope this is my month baby dust to all ladies

Have you tried Fertilaid?  I think it works well for women who aren't getting their period on a regular basis.
