What did you feel right before your water broke?

What did you feel right before your water broke or the days before your water broke? I'm a STM but they broke my water in the hospital at my induction for my first.

I sneezed and it broke :/ I didn't even have contractions until a few hours after. It's felt like I was peeing but it didn't stop

For me with both of my kids It felt like fingernails scraping me inside. It was a super wierd feeling. I started feeling it a few days before then eventually it was a longer pain and then I had "slow leaks" with both of them.

This is my third pregnancy and with both my other 2 the midwife has broken my waters in active labour

I had just finished peeing and heading back to bed. It was very spontaneous. For me, there was no question it was my water. It was a definite gush!

Nothing, it just happened. I was already in the hospital walking back from a bath and as I got to my certain it just happened. I couldn't stop it either and it was still trickling out awhile after too 😑
