How soon should i start prenatal vitamins

Im in pretty sure i had implantation bleeding earlier this morning (i never spot inbetween cycles) and ive had quite a few common symptoms. But im waiting to test until the day of AF. I just want to know when should i start taking prenatals? Just incase if i am pregnant.
