Cycle day 61?!?

So my glow says that I am on cycle day 61... The last day of my last period was February 29th of this year. But all of the tests keep coming up negative. I got off of my birth control in February as well, as we are trying to conceive. We have been active at least every three days since then. What does this mean and what should I do. I am so lost and confused at this point.
