Great way to get kids involved in the kitchen!

When I seen this I knew I had to have it. It's a little bit of a splurge but well worth it for how much use we get out of it. It's a Guidecraft kitchen helper.

Before this I would go crazy with my toddler pulling at my pants, wanting me to hold her, wanting me to play with her, while I'm trying to cook dinner. Now I just involve her in meal prep and she's so much more happier for it. It takes 3 seconds to fold flat but still standing. Bonus: she eats everything I cut up, carrots, celery, things she normally wouldn't eat.
