So fat and disgusted

So fat and disgusted with my pregnant body and I know my SO is too. We don't have sex anymore like we once used to, he doesn't have to tell me I'm not attractive as I once was ..actions speak louder than words. I'm 30 weeks along and I have gained almost 30 lbs and it's everywhere other than my belly..it's made me so depressed to the point it's put a strain on our relationship due to my insecurities, I'm always assuming he's cheating..I don't know what to do anymore, any advice?
