Leg cramps??

Has any got  leg cramps in early pregnancy especially at night ??

I started getting them at 27 weeks...the worst pain I've ever felt especially when you're in dead sleep...I brought it up to my doctor and she reccomended increasing my water intake and also eating bananas and I haven't had any in a few weeks and I'm now 35 weeks although I do get scared to stretch out my legs at night but I'm thankful *knock on wood* that they're gone.

I get them every night I'm 21 weeks. It's my calves that cramp . I just flex and release till its gone

Stretching your legs before you go to sleep helps alot

My mums cousin said it you stand up and hold the ear opposite to the leg which is cramping it should go away. I haven't tried it because I haven't got them in a week but she's a midwife so it is worth a try.

I started getting this around 24 weeks. I take magnesium pills at night and it's helped me so much! Ask your doctor about it!!
