Cervix issue?

So today at my 7 week check up my ob/gyn had a problem gettin to my cervix during my pap.... She said it was up side down 😕 how exactly is it possible im not sure that's what im asking you guys and is it a bad thing?... But on the bright side we have a very healthy little peanut 🙏🏽💛🙄
