Question ladies. Pregnancy after miscarriage.

Is it possible to get pregnant right after a miscarriage? I MC'd on April 7th at 5 weeks 6 days. The bleeding/spotting stopped around the 15th. We have BD'd several times since then. I noticed this morning my breasts are extremely sore and I am so nauseous. Any thoughts??
