What does This mean?

I usually experience quite a bit of discharge around my ovulation however, each time I drop my underwear there's hardly anything on them!!! I'm already on my 4th fertile day (highest percentage day). But oh my god has my stomach pain been bad!!! I'll have mild pelvic pain here and there and really painful cramps. Like right now I'm having really tight painful cramps all over my stomach. I've also been constipated for the past two or three days. What's up with this? Any thoughts? I'm beginning to worry
