IUD and Pregnancy

March marked one year on mirena. I love it except for the acne it gives me. I havnt had a period since last may. well this month things have been off. I had a little light pink spotting early in the month, I feel super bloated always, like I look pregnant and my nipples hurt soooo bad. They feel raw. Im just curious if this is just because i just hit a year and the horemones are wacking out or I should go get a test to make sure im not pregnant?
