Scared UTI

I truly believe I have an UTI but I'm super scared to tell my mom. I have all the symptoms & I feel worse because I'm on my period. But idk how I got it. I'm sexually active & didn't really start noticing the symptoms until after I had unprotected sex 😕 is there any way I could treat it with out going to the doctor? It's been like 4 days & it's getting worst. My v really hurts.
