What are your thoughts on drinking a glass of wine while pregnant ? I've had people tell me ids fine but never agreed. But today for the first time I decided to have 1 large sip of red wine. And to tell you the truth I feel so so so guilty. I will never do it a gain I just can't stop crying. 😩😩

I've indulged in a small glass throughout my pregnancy and my little girl is completely healthy! Don't stress yourself or feel guilty love! Just listen to your body. If you feel comfortable with a small glass, go for it! If not, then don't stress yourself ❤️

The stress over one sip of wine may do you and the baby more harm than the sip does! I think you're okay. Such a little amount won't hurt the baby. I'm not saying make it a habit, just don't worry over it. It will be okay.

No, no, no. The guilt will eat you alive. You have the rest of your life to indulge in alcohol. Why take the risk of harming your child from something you could have prevented?

You'll be fine. How many people drink before they even know they're pregnant? I did with all three of my children. And how many Drs say it's ok to have a glass every once in a while? I am positive you and your baby are fine. Don't stress on it. All that stress can do more harm than you drink of wine. Just stay away from it till after baby is born. If you really want that out of your system quick, drink water. Have a few glasses before bedtime. But even if you don't, you'll be fine. :-)

It's not that serious your fine so pleeeaaassseee stop crying. There are people that drink and don't even know there pregnant. Don't let other people make you feel bad. Don't drink anymore obviously but if you enjoyed that entire one  glass of wine you would still be fine. It's a behavior thing that makes it dangerous. So just relaxxxxxxxxxx :)
