Feeling blah?!
I've been being a lot more physically active, going on walks, started nannying 3 girls (4, 3, 3 mo..yes exhausting.
1) my round ligament pain is CONSTANT! Is there anything I can do to relieve it? Besides Tylenol? (I'm trying not to take anything)
2) my uterus/baby area feels sore and achy...like all day...Is that normal? Am I hurting myself and baby for doing too much? I've never had this before as I am a therapist, and just sat and talked to kids all day. But now that I'm nannying I'm up and down all day long.
