My boyfriend doesnt want me to get piercings...

Hey guys, so I've got A cartilage and tragus piercing in one ear along with a first and second piercing on both sides and I just bought a piercing gun. I don't want my lips or eye brows or even belly button, just another cartilage or 2. My boyfriend of 1 year is really upset. Hes not mad or blamming me, he's truly sad because I'm not natural. (I don't wear makeup or fancy hair. Not even jewelry or fancy clothes, just studs in my ears) and he's really upset that I'm modifying my body. I want to respect his opinion because I love him so much but I really want another stud or 2 and its my body after all. Thoughts, feelings, suggestions?? Thanks lady's:))
