Doctor crushed my dreams of a vaginal birth

I had an emergency C-section with my first pregnancy and thought I would be able to have a VBAC. Well, at my last appointment my doctor told me I should have another C-section unless I have plans on having a bunch more kids. I really am grieving the loss of yet another natural birth experience. I had a terrible recovery from my first C-section and he wants to try and 'fix' my scar tissue that is causing me pain, so, I know I'm being dramatic and I need to have a C-section... But, I'm really sad I may not ever get to experience a vaginal birth.
