Try to latch after pumping

Here's the story- I wasn't producing enough at first and my breast are so big the baby could only get the nipple in the mouth. Worked with a LC and still had major issues. Started pumping at 4 weeks due to al the problems. Am now 16 weeks pp and wondering if/how to get the baby to latch on.  It's either get baby to latch back on or stop all together. I'm not sleeping and want to enjoy this stage with my baby as he may be the only one we get to have. Currently I can't enjoy most anything because I'm so tired and cranky.
