Spotting/bleeding ! So stressful 😭😭😭

I am 8w+2d today. I have had starting spotting since last Friday. Very light pink discharge first then turn to red blood on Saturday morning , went to ER they said the baby is ok, heartbate is 177bpm and measuresing 3 days bigger then I thought . Also no perigestational hemorrhage in my uterus so they don't know why I'm bleeding ...I still have pink/brown spotting on and off all day , nurse told me relax but how can I relax every time when I wipe and see spotting 😱 I lost my baby at 9w+4d last year, when I start spotting the baby's heartbeat already stopped couple days ago , so any spotting just freaked me out ! My next appointment is May 24th , 3 weeks from now, I'm going to crazy !!! Does anyone had this before ?
