Hanging in there - bleeding and cramps :(

Started spotting with some small cramps on Sunday night. By Monday I had some heavy bleeding and painful cramps. Went in right away for an ultrasound and thankfully they found a heartbeat! They measured my baby a 6 weeks instead of 7 weeks 3 days which I thought I was. Heart rate was a low 76 which worries me but I am trying to stay super super positive (which is impossible). Getting bloodwork done and another US next week. Please send all good thoughts my way!!
