I just need advice from other ladies on here . I'm hoping to get no negativity from this but i actually need advice because this makes me feel terrible about myself
I've noticed I'm a really on edge person and I try a lot of ways to be calmer and be a nicer person . But I also always feel hostile and I blow up at just about anything. I've tried changing my diet . Working out . Positive thinking . Meditation . I've tried a lot of things !
For example sometimes I get really crappy and mean about something as simple as how my boyfriend drives .
I try to bite my tounge and be nicer but it seems when that switch gets flipped I just go off and don't ever think what's comming out of my mouth .
I'm like bitchy all the time about the littlest things. Towards everyone ..
Someone give me some advice ... Am I really a shitty person or is it my horomones ?? 19 years old ..
If it's not like hormones can someone give me advice to not be such an angry miserable person all the time ?
