Helpppp

Ok so in one of my other period apps it says that Iam four days late now in glow it says I'm a day late but I'm not having no cramps an if I do it goes away my boobs don't hurt but I do feel nausea almost every day idk what to do please help mind u I took out my iud on March 29th an on April 3rd I started spotting then it came down till April 7 then it went away also how long does it take to get pregnant after u tAle out ur iud an when I took out my iud was that my actual period or not an am I pregnant now I KNOW AOT OF QUESTIONS BUT IM CLUELESS
