What is this exactly? I've tried multiple cleaning products and acne treatments but it's not healing up. Some days it will be pretty clear and then other days it will look really bad like this and it's so embarrassing.

Could be your diet, drink more water and eat more greens, like lettuce cucumber and broccoli, try not to have as much dairy and wheat

Looks like a heat rash have u been wearing layers in that area? Have u tried neutrogena body wash? It's non clogging helps if that is acne
