heartbroken.. 😞

so a few weeks ago I made a post saying how I was still in love with my ex.. still true to this day. but I just found out through a mutual friend that my ex is dating someone new and I honestly don't know what to do with myself.. I'm extremely upset, I've done nothing but cry since I found out and I still have to see him at work.. I just built up the courage to actually talk to him too.. that's what hurts a lot. idk what to do with myself.. I don't think I can handle seeing someone im in love with, be with someone else like I was 5 months ago.. i don't know anymore
