How do you warm up breast milk?

Should I get a bottle warmer? I'm a first time mom, and going to breastfeed! How do you warm up breast milk after getting it out the freezer, I heard you shouldn't microwave it!

I used a bottle warmer with my first. My mom also taught me that putting water into a slow cooker, and just leaving it on thru out the day. That way you don't have to wait to get the water boiling, and than warm up the bottle. Because once you get a hungry baby, it's hard to wait and take that extra time to warm a bottle.

Bottle warmers are easy but not for everyone. Water on the stove works or hot water in a bowl. But you are definitely correct in not microwaving it

Bring a little pot of water to boil then turn off the flame, un cover the bottle and let it sit there. Your guna have to shake it a few times so that the whole things gets warm

Cup of hot or boiling water. Or a bottle warmer. But the milk warms very fast. Or what I do is place the dozen milk in cold water to defrost fast like ice cube melting. Then take what I need from the bag and warm that place the rest in the fridge for later.

We just got plastic microwave safe measuring cups... Filled with water microwave 2 minutes on high.. Put bottle in it fir ~4-5 min... And its good to go...

I warmed up water and a cup and put the bottle in. Then I just moved the breast milk around. Do not sake it.
