Advice for those with constipation
I had bad constipation since 18 weeks where I found myself going barely once a day. At 33 weeks, I decided I wanted Mini Wheats cereal for breakfast and lunch. Then I continued with it for lunch. Now I'm going 2-3 times daily with ease! I'm 35 weeks now and still no constipation.
So mammas, if you have constipation, try adding Mini Wheats to your diet. I knew it had a lot of fiber but I didn't realize how quick or how well it would work.
